minka_ is seeking a Senior Engineer who bridges Sales and engineering for complex FinTech integrations in Bogotá. You will own the Success phase, guide new clients through technical onboarding, write sample code and documentation, and ensure deployments are live and scalable.

You will join Sales on high-level pitches, translate customer pain into actionable API requirements, design ledger/L2 implementations for ROI, and write integration scripts while troubleshooting client-side API calls.

Formación

• 7+ years in software development with enterprise integrations.
• Experience in FinTech or payments integration.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.

The Mission

We need a technical powerhouse who understands that code is useless if it doesn't drive revenue. You will act as the \"Technical Translator\" between our Sales team and our most strategic customers. You aren't just an architect sitting in an ivory tower; you are on the ground, ensuring that when a deal is signed, the integration is flawless. You ensure our customers don't just buy Minka—they successfully deploy and scale on Minka.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

You own the \"Success\" phase. You guide new clients through their technical integration, writing sample code and documentation as needed to get them live.

You will accompany Sales on high-level pitches to handle \"How does this actually work?\" questions, ensuring we never over-promise and under-deliver. You translate customer pain points and feature requests into actionable technical requirements for the Product team. You help clients design their implementation of Minka's Ledger/L2 tech to maximize their ROI, ensuring long-term retention. You are not a project manager; you are a Senior Engineer who enjoys the \"social\" side of technology. You will write integration scripts and troubleshoot client-side API calls yourself.

Requirements

You have the technical depth of a Senior Developer but the communication skills of a Consultant, and you believe that a \"resolved\" ticket is only a win if the customer is delighted. You have experience managing complex B2B technical integrations, ideally in FinTech or Payments, and can see a customer's business goal and map it directly to our API capabilities. You have 7+ years in the industry. You've built systems, but now you want to be the person who ensures those systems change the way the world moves money.
