United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship from initial engagement through live integration and beyond. You will work with enterprise merchants, guiding them through custom integrations across web, mobile, and in-store environments, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope needs and design scalable solutions.

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or technical account management.
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android and guiding developers through implementation.
• Experience supporting enterprise merchants via complex, multi-stakeholder integrations.
• Hands-on with REST APIs and reading API documentation.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix).
• Understanding of cart, checkout, payments, refunds, and product management workflows.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and write clear documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants: map their stack and checkout flow to the right integration path.
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant engineering and business stakeholders.
• Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix).
• Write technical proposals and respond to RFPs and security questionnaires.
• Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDK implementation and in-app checkout.
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch, including workflow and handoff behavior.
• Troubleshoot live integration issues with Support and Engineering, and communicate back to merchants.
• Translate recurring needs into product feedback and drive fixes that unlock revenue.
• Build and maintain integration documentation and runbooks for scalable operations.
• Act as trusted technical advisor post-launch and identify optimization opportunities.
