Job summary

Lago is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to lead strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest from a Latin America remote setup (Colombia). You will own structure, testing, attribution, and budget recommendations for $50K–$700K+ monthly spends, collaborating with the founder on growth outcomes.

The role requires 4+ years in paid social, expert Meta Ads Manager skills, and strong English, with a focus on revenue-driven decisions and cross-platform expansion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing paid social for e-commerce accounts.
• Accounts spending $250K+ per month experience.
• Expert-level Meta Ads Manager skills and Advantage+ experience.
• Hands-on management on at least two platforms (TikTok, AppLovin, Pinterest).
• Knowledge of Conversions API, event match quality and deduplication.
• Understanding attribution windows and ROAS concepts.
• Experience with conversion lift or geo holdout tests.
• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills.
• Comfort presenting findings to founders/owners.
• Strong English speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit new accounts and present findings on structure, attribution, audiences, placements, and demographics.
• Build and run consolidated account structures to maximize signal.
• Design tests with defined spend per test for readable results.
• Set up audience infrastructure, customer lists, exclusions, and spend controls.
• Build and maintain catalog/dynamic ads across collections.
• Standardize attribution settings across campaigns and explain window impact.
• Plan and read conversion lift studies and translate results into budgets.
• Write creative briefs from performance data for client teams.
• Expand budgets to TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest where profitable.
• Report on business outcomes: revenue, MER, new customers, and contribution.
