Job summary

Hire Emerald is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager for a fully remote role in Colombia. You will own paid social strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest for high-spend e-commerce accounts.

You will design tests, optimize campaigns, and translate performance data into clear recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders, delivering business outcomes beyond platform ROAS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience, including e-commerce accounts.
• Proven experience managing accounts spending $250K+ per month.
• Expert-level Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Advantage+ Sales Campaigns, CBO/ABO, cost caps, catalog advertising.
• Hands-on management on two of TikTok, AppLovin, or Pinterest.

Responsibilities

• Audit new accounts and present findings on structure, attribution, audiences, placements, and demographics.
• Build account structures to consolidate signal and reduce fragmentation.
• Own hands-on campaign management and optimization across paid social platforms.
• Manage sophisticated e-commerce accounts with high monthly spend.
• Expand budgets into additional platforms (TikTok, AppLovin, Pinterest) when data supports.
