Jobtailor in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Order Management / Revenue Operations professional to own end-to-end processing of service orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution across the full order lifecycle.

You will validate quotes, contracts, and supporting docs before booking and billing, while partnering with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and accelerate deal execution. Advanced English is required for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or operational finance in a tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, for collaboration with international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and financial controls.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Workday and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure billing transactions are completed within strict close timelines, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting accuracy.
• Resolve complex billing discrepancies and invoice inquiries by collaborating with Receivables Management and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate system records and documentation to support audit readiness and operational transparency.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements that enhance scalability, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
• Support high volume periods by prioritizing workload effectively and ensuring continuity during critical financial close cycles.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in Order Management, Revenue Operations, or operational finance within technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, required due to collaboration and reporting with international stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of order to cash processes and financial controls.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high volume workloads with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to collaborate across global, cross functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
