A global technology firm in Colombia seeks a Talent Delivery Lead with expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware and Java. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience and will be responsible for maintaining applications, troubleshooting, and developing APIs. The role offers a full-time contract, a collaborative environment, and a strong focus on career growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies.
• 8+ years of experience with Java and SpringBoot.
• Strong PL/SQL development and debugging skills.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo) and source control systems (Git).
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and automated testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance existing applications built on Oracle ADF and WebLogic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate to define migration strategy to RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design and develop scalable APIs using Spring Boot.
• Document technical designs and ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship.
• Leverage AI within prescribed tools effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies (ADF, Oracle BPM , SOA Suite, WebLogic).
• 8+ years of experience Java and SpringBoot.
• Strong PL/SQL development and debugging skills.
• Experience with API development and integration.
• Familiarity with modern backend frameworks
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Bamboo) and source control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.

Responsabilities

• Maintain and enhance existing applications built on Oracle ADF, SOA Suite, PL/SQL, and WebLogic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define migration strategy from legacy stack to RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Design and develop scalable APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Document technical designs, workflows, and migration plans. Ensure compliance with security, performance, and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship.
• Ability to use leverage AI within the prescribed tools in an effective manner.
