Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Bogotá is seeking a Sr. Technical Service Advisor to deliver advanced networking services across data centers. You will act as the primary customer contact, coordinate with Juniper and internal teams, and guide service delivery through ITIL-based processes.

The role requires strong network expertise and a proactive customer-first mindset. The position is hybrid, with an expectation to work two days per week from an HPE office and to engage with large enterprise

Formación

• Deep understanding of IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, QoS, VLAN, STP, IPSEC, NAT, IPv6).
• Expertise in Layer2/Layer3 protocols (VRRP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast, MPLS VPN).
• Knowledge of Segment Routing, Traffic Engineering, DC switching, VXLAN, EVPN, SD-WAN & Wireless is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, CS or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years designing and solving complex datacenter/network problems in large enterprises.

Responsabilidades

• Represent HPE Networking customer service to the customer and back to Juniper.
• Single point of contact for post-sales service issues; coordinate with partners and account teams.
• Support alignment to services and product sales activities; manage delivery SLAs.
• Lead and track care plans (Foundation, Advanced, Premium) and escalate critical issues.
• Collaborate with HPE Networking engineering to resolve product quality issues and improve deployment.
