Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Sr. Technical Service Advisor in Colombia on a hybrid schedule, requiring two days per week from an HPE office. You will be the primary interface for post-sales network support, coordinating with Juniper and internal teams to ensure service delivery.

The role emphasizes deep IP networking knowledge, Datacenter experience, and customer-facing capabilities, with growth opportunities across HPE Networking engineering teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing and solving complex network problems.
• Experience in Datacenter and IP/MPLS networks; large enterprise exposure.
• Customer-facing experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Represent HPE Networking customer service to the customer and back to Juniper.
• Act as single point of contact for post-sales customer service issues in the account.
• Coordinate and oversee all customer service delivery into the account.
• Escalate and expedite critical issues among HPE Networking support teams.
• Engage with HPE Networking engineering teams to improve product quality.
