AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Network Engineer to maintain and enhance secure, reliable enterprise network connectivity for global operations. The role emphasizes 6+ years of LAN/WAN design and hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment, plus VPN, firewall and wireless expertise.

You will collaborate with security, systems and engineering teams, document changes and manage vendor escalation. This is a high-impact, remote-friendly position with global scope.

Competenze

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper network equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and subnetting, routing and switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and NAT.
• Hands-on IPsec VPNs including tunnel establishment, authentication and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose network issues using packet captures, logs and standard tools.
• Experience implementing network segmentation and secure access controls.

• Design, implement and support enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot secure VPN connectivity, including IPsec tunnels, authentication, routing and firewall policies.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, latency, packet loss and availability issues across network devices and connected environments.
• Maintain network segmentation, access controls and secure traffic flows in coordination with security and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor network health and performance, investigate alerts and identify improvements to capacity, reliability and fault tolerance.
• Serve as escalation point for network incidents; coordinate troubleshooting with vendors and providers, document root causes and actions.
• Plan and execute network changes and upgrades, including testing, rollback planning and post-change validation.
• Manage network device lifecycle, including vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommissioning and documentation.
• Collaborate with systems and engineering teams on network requirements and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain network diagrams, configuration records and troubleshooting procedures; share knowledge.
• Help define the enterprise network strategy and support connectivity for global operations.
