AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Network Engineer to sustain and enhance secure, reliable enterprise connectivity across our global operations from Manizales. The role demands hands-on LAN/WAN expertise with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment, plus firewall, switching and wireless skills.

Competenze

• 6+ years designing, implementing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN networks.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure across environments.
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge including addressing, routing, VLANs, DNS/DHCP/NAT.
• Experience with IPsec VPNs, tunnels, auth and routing troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose issues with packet captures and logs.
• Experience in network segmentation and secure access controls.
• Leading incident resolution and documenting preventive actions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑growing, multi‑geography environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.

Mansioni

• Design, implement and support enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot secure VPN connectivity, including IPsec tunnels and firewall policies.
• Diagnose connectivity, latency and availability issues across devices and environments.
• Maintain network segmentation and secure traffic flows with security and infra teams.
• Monitor network health, investigate alerts and propose improvements for reliability.
• Escalate and coordinate troubleshooting with vendors and service providers.
• Plan and execute network changes, testing and post-change validation.
• Manage device lifecycle including firmware upgrades and documentation.
• Collaborate with systems and engineering teams on network requirements.
• Maintain network diagrams and configuration records; mentor junior staff.
• Support global operations including remote users and offices.
