AgileEngine, LLC. in Cartagena, Colombia seeks a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across global operations. You will collaborate with security and infra teams to ensure secure, reliable connectivity and performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper devices, IPsec VPNs, firewall rules, and network troubleshooting, with upper-intermediate English. SOX experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 6+ years designing and supporting enterprise LAN/WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper network equipment and software.
• Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and subnetting, routing and switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP and NAT.
• IPsec VPNs experience including tunnel establishment and authentication.
• Ability to diagnose network issues using captures, logs and tools (ping, traceroute).
• Experience leading network incidents and documenting preventive improvements.
• Experience supporting a 24x7 international organization (US/EMEA).
• SOX-regulated environment experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Design, implement and support enterprise LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches and wireless across physical and virtual environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot secure VPN connectivity, including IPsec tunnels and firewall policies.
• Diagnose connectivity issues and improve capacity, reliability and fault tolerance.
• Maintain network segmentation, access controls and secure traffic flows with security teams.
• Monitor health and performance; investigate alerts and plan improvements.
• Escalation point for network incidents; coordinate with vendors and teams; document root causes.
• Plan and execute network changes and upgrades with testing and rollback planning.
• Manage device lifecycle, firmware upgrades and documentation.
• Collaborate with systems and engineering teams on network requirements and projects.
• Maintain diagrams and troubleshooting procedures; mentor junior staff.
