IntelliBee seeks a Network Operations professional to monitor and support campus network infrastructure, including wired and wireless segments. You will install, configure, and test network equipment, troubleshoot complex incidents, and maintain comprehensive runbooks and diagrams.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus multiple vendor certifications; experience with firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with enterprise network technologies.
• Experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/Fortinet devices.
• 2+ years of experience diagnosing connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• 2+ years of experience with firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security best practices.
• 2+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure equipment.
• 2+ years of experience maintaining technical documentation and network diagrams.
• 2+ years of experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure across campus environments.
• Perform field installation and deployment of network equipment (racking, stacking, cabling, testing).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues; coordinate repairs and on-call support.
• Perform routine maintenance, including upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and optimization.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, network diagrams, incident records, and runbooks; collaborate with teams.
• Support and maintain network security technologies, including firewalls and VPNs.
