IntelliBee in Colombia seeks a Network Engineer - Project Lead - Telephony Engineer to design, deploy, and operate enterprise telephony and unified communications. You will lead multi-team efforts, implement advanced SIP/RTP strategies, and ensure high availability for complex voice environments.

Formación

2+ years with Avaya on premise PBX systems.
2+ years administering VoIP and UC platforms.
2+ years with SIP, RTP, QoS, dial plans, call routing, and voice gateway technologies.
2+ years troubleshooting voice quality, call routing, carrier connectivity, and E911 services.
2+ years with telecommunication infrastructure including SBCs and PSTN integration.

Responsabilidades

Provide operational and advanced telephony administration for voice, voicemail, IVR, and UC services.
Lead tasks to maintain telephony network systems; design and implement improvements.
Support enterprise telephony and unified communications; coordinate outages and automation efforts.
Monitor systems, document configurations, and ensure threat/incident management alignment.
