Avenga is seeking a .NET Technical Lead for an American project. The customer runs an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by major US restaurant chains and millions of users.

You will contribute to implementing large, strategic, and complex components and services, including solution design and reliability concerns. We are looking for a technically hands-on leader who can architect end-to-end flows, write robust unit tests, and mentor a diverse team while ensuring delivery

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with C#, F#, .NET and OO concepts.
• Experience architecting and developing end-to-end flows in distributed/microservices architectures.
• Experience writing unit tests (NUnit, xUnit, Playwright) and testable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
• Exhibits judgment, seeking diverse perspectives and challenging assumptions to improve outcomes.
• Delivers constructive feedback that empowers the team.
• Communicates technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Consistently meets sprint and quarterly commitments with high quality and efficiency.
