ttg seeks an IT Technical Lead to guide a team of .NET developers, owning the technical design and quality of enterprise applications. This hands-on leadership role covers C# development, SQL Server, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and mentoring.

The role requires eight+ years of software development experience, expert-level C#/.NET, strong Azure SQL/SQL Server skills, and English at B2 level or above; leadership and mentoring are essential, with no direct HR management duties.

Formación

• Eight or more years of software development experience, including at least three years leading development teams of five or more engineers.
• Expert-level C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
• Advanced hands-on SQL Server and Azure SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, containers, and CI/CD.
• Experience guiding testing, application security, code quality, and production support.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• This position provides technical leadership and mentoring; the original requisition does not assign direct HR management responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Set technical direction, coordinate work, and remove blockers for a team of five or more engineers.
• Translate architecture and business requirements into detailed designs and implementation plans.
• Develop, review, and troubleshoot C#/.NET applications and SQL Server or Azure SQL solutions.
• Lead code reviews, testing standards, production debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Own Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and support reliable releases.
• Guide Azure-based design, security, observability, and application resilience.
• Mentor developers and communicate technical risks and decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain architecture records, API contracts, runbooks, and release documentation.
