Caseware, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Software Developer III (Back End) to drive architecture, quality, and delivery across the platform. You will mentor engineers, shape designs, and partner with stakeholders to translate technical decisions into business value.

Role is fully remote with Colombia-based location, leveraging AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern .NET tech. You will influence platform roadmap and champion SDLC improvements in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with impact beyond a single team.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build key backend features end-to-end using .NET.
• Lead architecture discussions and ensure platform health.
• Mentor developers and contribute to engineering maturity.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
• Collaborate across Teams: Tech Leads, Operations, Product/UX, Security.
