Truelogic is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to create thoughtful, polished motion across social media, digital advertising, video, and interactive experiences. This role blends motion craft with visual design, turning concepts into compelling animations while maintaining brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has a strong point of view on motion design, can work independently from concept through delivery, and collaborates with designers and creatives.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Motion Design.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality 2D motion design and animation across social media, video, or advertising.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced English proficiency; LATAM-based remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Create 2D motion design and animation for social media, digital advertising, video, banners, UI elements, and interactive experiences.
• Edit video and combine animation, sound, music, and visuals into polished deliverables.
• Develop motion concepts and translate creative ideas into engaging visual experiences.
• Animate and adapt existing creative assets while maintaining brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Work across projects from concept through final production and delivery.
• Apply motion principles across web, mobile web, apps, and other digital environments.
• Collaborate with designers, creatives, and stakeholders to refine ideas and improve final work.
• Present work clearly, explain design decisions in relation to the brief.
• Incorporate feedback while maintaining quality and intent.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with evolving motion design practices and tools.
