Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our Creative & Production team in Bogotá. You will craft platform-native content for social channels, lead motion-graphics projects, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced agency setting.

The role requires senior-level video editing with Premiere Pro, advanced After Effects skills, and a strong portfolio of social content. Join a globally connected delivery platform focused on innovation and collaboration.

• Must have senior-level video editing expertise (Premiere Pro).
• Advanced motion graphics skills (After Effects).
• Proven experience creating social-first, platform-native content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills.
• Excellent graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and composition.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of final deliverables.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Senior-level video editing expertise (Adobe Premiere Pro).


• Advanced motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects).


• Proven experience creating social-first, platform-native content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).


• Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills.

Additional information

NICE TO HAVE:

• Automotive industry experience.


• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).


• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools.


• Content strategy or performance-driven creative experience.


• Basic audio editing and sound design.


• Experience creating scalable templates and modular social content systems.


• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.


• Experience with AR or other emerging creative technologies.
