Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our Creative & Production team, delivering compelling social-first motion content and leading a small group of designers.

The role requires advanced Premiere Pro editing and After Effects skills, a strong portfolio, and excellent collaboration within a fast-paced agency environment.

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer with excellent communication and conceptualization skills to join our Creative & Production team

Qualifications

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Senior-level video editing expertise (Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Advanced motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects).
• Proven experience creating social-first, platform-native content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills.
• Excellent graphic design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and composition.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide creative work and mentor teammates.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of final deliverables.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment with excellent communication skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and social content.

Additional information

NICE TO HAVE:

• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar).
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools.
• Content strategy or performance-driven creative experience.
• Basic audio editing and sound design.
• Experience creating scalable templates and modular social content systems.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
• Experience with AR or other emerging creative technologies.
