Highrise is seeking an exceptional Motion Designer to join our Marketing Creative Team. You’ll craft high-performing animated and static creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and more, with the goal of ads people cannot scroll past.

You’ll own end-to-end production from ideation to final output, develop fresh concepts, and continually test new visual directions to resonate with audiences. This remote, high-output role rewards speed, iteration, and impact.

Formación

• Portfolio showing motion design, animation principles, and creative thinking.
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives or user acquisition ads.
• Ability to own concept to final product for remote teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-performing animated and static marketing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Google Play.
• Own end-to-end production—from ideation to final output, assets, animation, editing, music and sound effects.
• Develop fresh concepts and visual directions for new ad creatives; set ideas in motion.
• Explore new angles, styles and formats to resonate with audiences.
• Turn learnings into stronger concepts and higher-performing ads weekly.
