Capgemini Engineering in Bogotá is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end migration projects, from discovery to post-migration support. You will work with Quest On-Demand, BitTitan or ShareGate to ensure seamless migrations while maintaining IT architecture integrity.

The role requires 4–7 years of hands-on M365 migrations, Azure knowledge, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver aligned solutions and architectural governance.

Formación

• 4–7 years hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, including tenant-to-tenant and G-Suite to M365.
• Strong working knowledge of Quest On-Demand and ideally BitTitan or ShareGate.
• Solid expertise in Microsoft technologies including M365 and Azure and enterprise architecture alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration projects from discovery to post-migration support.
• Utilize migration tools to deliver high-quality migrations while preserving IT architecture integrity.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams and third-party partners to deliver aligned solutions.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including designs and disaster recovery docs.
• Provide expert technical advice on enterprise messaging, collaboration platforms and application integration.
