Coforge is seeking a Lead Data Engineer with 8+ years of experience to lead a data engineering team from Colombia. The role focuses on steering end-to-end migration from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT, architecting secure data pipelines, and implementing infrastructure-as-code with Terraform while managing CI/CD workflows.

• 8+ years of data engineering experience including leadership or technical lead roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Azure Databricks, and DBT.
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cloud data migration (AWS to Azure).
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT proficiency.
• Strong data architecture and performance optimization knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based versioning.
• Insurance industry experience and domain knowledge is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Own and drive the end-to-end migration strategy from Snowflake on AWS to Azure Databricks and DBT.
