SYNNEX Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager for the Microsoft 365 Platform in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will be responsible for product ownership, governance, and technical health of Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. The successful candidate will ensure the platform's security, standardization, and alignment with enterprise priorities while reducing technical debt.

The position involves strong leadership, strategy formulation, and engagement across teams. Ideal candidates should have senior-level experience in managing enterprise collaboration platforms and a thorough understanding of Microsoft 365.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience managing enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform at an architectural and governance level.
• Proven experience driving standardization and reducing technical debt in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management in matrixed, global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain product ownership for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Provide robust governance and direction for collaboration services.
• Lead platform engineering and maintenance for continuous improvement.
• Own strategy for legacy reduction and cloud migration.
