Job summary

SocialWorks Marketing is seeking a hands-on growth marketer to own performance across all client accounts. You will plan, launch and optimize Meta campaigns, decide when to scale or pivot, and explain the reasoning behind every change.

You’ll guide creative direction and scrutinize the full funnel to improve qualified appointments and conversions. Remote, full-time role with EST hours and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• You've run Meta ads yourself for 3+ years.
• You've handled multiple accounts at once and know where your attention matters most.
• You've turned around a bad account and can walk us through exactly what you did.
• You make calls and explain your reasoning without being asked.
• You tell us something's broken before the client notices.

Responsibilities

• You run strategy, launches and daily optimization across every account.
• You decide when to scale, cut, test or change direction, and explain why.
• You tell designers what to make and why, based on customer and competitor insights.
• You track lead quality, appointments and show rate, and optimize the funnel.
