Kaseya is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the Kaseya University learning management system for internal staff, MSP partners, and customers. You will ensure data integrity, system performance, and cross-system reporting while coordinating with API integrations and SharePoint.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of LMS administration experience, a CS/IT degree (or related), and strong analytics with English proficiency.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience administering a learning management system.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with Absorb LMS required.
• Experience with Docebo a nice to have.
• Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with SharePoint administration.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills, with the ability to pull and combine data from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• LMS Administration: user management, course setup, enrollment workflows, and system configuration.
• Create and manage courses, learning paths, certification tracks, and curricula.
• Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls for internal employees, partners, and customers.
• Manage tenant structures, branding, and customization for different audience segments.
• Ensure content is properly uploaded, tested, and published according to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues, escalating to vendors when necessary.
• Maintain system documentation including configuration guides, user procedures, and troubleshooting resources.
• Reporting & Integrations: build dashboards, pull data from multiple sources, integrate via APIs.
• SharePoint Administration: administer SharePoint for the team, including site structure and permissions.
• Learner Support: provide help for enrollment issues, playback problems, and completion tracking.
