Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned learning technologies, providing advanced support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Support Digital Product Owners with insights, roadmaps, testing, and release readiness.
• Lead end-to-end process reviews to identify improvements and optimize controls.
• Track performance, benefits, and customer experience; update procedures accordingly.
