AbbVie seeks a seasoned Trade Marketing/Commercial Sales leader to drive the Retail channel growth across major pharmacy chains and omnichannel platforms. You will develop commercial plans, build senior relationships, and lead negotiations to maximize brand presence and profitability.

The role requires a professional degree in business or marketing, 4+ years in trade/commercial roles, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent English.

Formación

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Commercial Sales; experience in consumer goods or pharma industry.
• Proven experience managing Retail chains and leading commercial negotiations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data sources like Nielsen or IQVIA.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, investments and financial performance.
• Experience with major pharmacy chains, retailers and/or omnichannel platforms preferred.
• High level of English proficiency (written and spoken); willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the commercial strategy for key Retail accounts.
• Build long-term, senior-level relationships with buyers, category managers, commercial teams and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, trading terms, investments and growth plans.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, channels and category development.
• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, inventory, market share, pricing and promo performance.
• Manage customer budgets and maximize return on commercial investment.
• Turn customer and market information into actionable business insights.
• Lead complex negotiations with strategic customers.
• Effectively manage conflict and multiple stakeholders.
