Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences, Life Sciences or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Business, Marketing, Leadership or a healthcare

Responsabilidades

• Lead the district commercial strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Eye Care business objectives, brand priorities and customer needs.
• Own district performance against sales, demand, market-share, execution and customer-engagement objectives.
• Translate national brand strategies into differentiated districts, territory and account plans.
• Allocate field resources based on business potential, customer opportunity, patient needs and strategic priorities.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality execution of call plans, account plans
• Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non-HCP stakeholders) and synthesize insights to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning, to drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization.
• Ensure Brand Team Members contribute to the development of the Brand strategy through the Brand Planning process in line with strategy defined by Global Brand Team and ensure adequate involvement of multiple functions as relevant for the Brand objectives.
