Biotech Healthcare in Barranquilla seeks an Ophthalmology Sales Executive to promote medical devices and ophthalmic products, driving market presence through doctor visits and partner engagement.

You will manage customer data in Salesforce, align with company targets, and travel to clinics to secure new business opportunities in a competitive market.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience in ophthalmology sales/account executive roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience with sales platforms and tracking commercial indicators.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Constantly contact and visit doctors, potential partners, and institutions to generate business opportunities.
• Manage customer and sales information, timely and updated in Salesforce.

Implement the promotion, sales, and distribution policy for medical devices, supplies, and other ophthalmological products, promoting the company's position in the market.

Responsibilities

• Constantly contact and visit doctors, potential partners, and institutions in search of business opportunities and their realization, in accordance with the company's parameters, goals, and plans.
• Manage customer and sales information, timely and updated in CMR (Salesforce).
• Meet the minimum performance requirements set by headquarters (budget, evaluations, new customers, number of visits, among others).

Requirements

• Technologists or professionals in administrative careers or preferably in health-related fields.
• Training in ophthalmological procedures.
• Minimum of two years' experience in account executive/sales positions in the field of ophthalmology.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Management of sales platform and compliance with commercial indicators.
• Responsibility and commitment.
• Ability to stay focused in challenging situations.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
