Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a First Service Leader to drive operational excellence across IT infrastructure services. You will lead Fusion Squads (L1-L3), ensure service stability, and align operations with client priorities in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will shape governance, implement automation initiatives, and oversee incident response, problem management, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with executives and delivery managers is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in IT infrastructure service management / IT Delivery.
• Minimum of 5 years leading multidisciplinary technical teams (L1–L3) with executive stakeholders.
• Strong IT governance, incident/change management, and DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fusion Squads and distributed teams including 24/7 coverage.
• Oversee ITIL-based service governance, SLAs, KPIs, MTTR and quality metrics.
• Drive modernization via automation (Ansible, CI/CD, scripting) and SRE/DevOps practices.
• Manage client relationships and translate business needs into strategic operational roadmaps.
