The role emphasizes domain ownership of the technology stack, Agile practices, and collaboration across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Spanish proficiency is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience leading technical teams in IT services, technology consulting, or managed services.
• Strong hands-on background in Linux Administration, Kubernetes & containerization, and middleware operations.
• Experience directing engineering groups, managing operational shifts, and ensuring client SLA compliance.
• Hybrid work model preferred; Spanish proficiency required; English not required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, motivate, and mentor a team of engineers with hands-on technical support.
• Oversee client operational shifts and service layers to ensure high availability and SLA adherence.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues and ensure platform stability across environments.
• Run Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and optimize delivery processes.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of technology stack and service layer.
