Job summary

Kyndryl in Colombia seeks a Squad Leader to guide a skilled infrastructure engineering team in delivering reliable client operations and high‑availability services. You will lead, mentor, and hands‑on support your squad while ensuring SLA adherence and rapid incident resolution.

You will drive Agile ceremonies, backlogs, and cross‑functional collaboration, owning the technology stack domain end‑to‑end. Hybrid work is preferred and certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience leading technical teams in IT services, technology consulting, or managed services.
• Strong hands-on background in Linux administration, Kubernetes/containerization, and middleware technologies.
• Proven experience directing engineering groups, managing operational shifts, and ensuring client SLA compliance.
• Hybrid workplace model preferred.
• Spanish proficiency required; English not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct, motivate, and mentor a team of engineers with hands-on support.
• Oversee client operational shifts, manage service layers, and ensure strict SLA compliance.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure platform stability.
• Run Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the technology stack and service layer.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related technical fields
