Job summary

CRG is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple technology projects within the Supply Chain and Operations area. Location options include Colombia or Mexico, with a fully remote work arrangement.

The contract is a 12-month temporary assignment, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and occasional travel may be required. The candidate should have extensive IT project management experience, cross-functional team coordination, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
6+ years of project management experience.
8+ years of overall IT or related business experience.
3–5 years of experience applying project lifecycle methodologies.
Strong knowledge of PMI-based project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects and iterative methodologies.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project).
Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for project collaboration and documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple medium- to large-scale IT projects from planning through implementation and completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and key deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and vendor invoicing.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and potential issues.
Oversee project change management processes, ensuring documentation, approvals, and communication.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, external vendors, and business partners.
Monitor project performance, prepare status reports, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure vendor performance and compliance with contractual deliverables.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to established project management methodologies and best practices.
