Job summary

INSPYR Global Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager - Infrastructure for a remote LATAM engagement. The role oversees 3-5 infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, guiding the team and managing scope, schedule, and budget.

This position requires strong communication, risk awareness, and stakeholder alignment across internal clients and vendors. The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience, PMI-based knowledge, and a track record of delivering IT or business projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT/business).
• CAPM certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 8+ years in IT or business.
• Experience applying PMI-based project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages 3-5 small- to medium-scale projects from planning to completion.
• Develops, analyzes, and manages the project plan, schedule, and resource forecast.
• Manages project financials and budget impact.
• Monitors performance against plan and adjusts as needed.
• Identifies and resolves issues; supports RFI/RFP processes.
• Coordinates team activities to achieve milestones.
• Manages risks with contingency plans and mitigation actions.
• Communicates goals and builds stakeholder relationships.
