Job summary

Atmosera is seeking a skilled Azure Cloud support engineer to join our operations team in Colombia. You will act as escalation and support for Azure-based infrastructure, apply ITIL practices, and collaborate with security, networking, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable services.

The role requires 3+ years of Azure experience, automation skills (PowerShell, Bicep), and a solid understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud support.
• Experience with automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices.
• Network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing).
• Backup & Recovery: configure and administer Azure Site Recovery.
• ITIL best practices for incident management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Azure Admin AZ-104 certification or must obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Networking & Security: Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
• Azure Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in Azure Cloud support experience.
• Incident Management: Escalation point for technicians, troubleshoot and resolve incidents per ITIL.
• Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain runbooks and automation documentation.
• Client Focus: Deliver exceptional client service throughout the service lifecycle.
• Cloud Environment Management: Configure monitoring and alerting; manage Atmosera's stack and multiple client environments.
• Compliance & Security: Adhere to security best practices and standards.
• Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration: Use PowerShell, Bicep; implement IaC templates; CI/CD for deployments.
