RMGS, Inc. seeks experienced Independent Contractors to deliver border security training under the EXBS program. The role involves in-person and virtual sessions for partner nations, including Armenia, with a focus on targeting, inspection, and cross-border investigations.

You will mentor officials, support capacity-building, and contribute to program development. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in U.S. border security operations, 5+ years in training, and 2+ years training foreign officers.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 5+ years experience developing and delivering training.
• 2+ years experience training foreign officers.
• Strong record of delivering training overseas.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-person and virtual border security training to partner nations.
• Mentor host-nation officials on best practices in targeting, inspection, and investigations.
• Support institutional development goals, risk assessment, and mentorship needs.
• Assess procedures, personnel, infrastructure, and curricula; recommend improvements.
• Draft comprehensive after-action reports after engagements.
• Develop and tailor training on customs, cargo targeting, analysis, and surveillance.
• Provide regulatory drafting, SOP development, and site surveys.
