Global Resource Solutions, Inc. seeks an Alternate COMSEC Manager in Bogota to provide subject matter expertise in accounting, issuing, safeguarding, and destroying COMSEC material and equipment, ensuring compliance with NSA/CSSPM 3-16 and NSTISSI 4000.

The role requires two years' abroad COMSEC experience, formal COMSEC training, and NSA COMSEC courses; candidate must hold a Secret clearance and US citizenship; travel and related duties apply.

Formación

• Must have minimum two years’ experience working abroad as a COMSEC Manager.
• Graduate of formal COMSEC training from an appropriate service.
• Graduate of NSA COMSEC course; courses are required to manage the COMSEC Account.

Responsabilidades

• Account for, maintain, issue, and destroy COMSEC material and equipment in support of Secure Interoperability between the United States and Overseas entities.
• Maintain COMSEC accounting and related records as outlined in NSA/CSSPM 3-16, Security Doctrine 1 and NSTISSI 4000 series instructions, or the applicable regulations.
• Protect COMSEC material and limit access to individuals with a valid need-to-know and clearance.
• Receive, receipt for, and ensure the safeguarding and accounting of all COMSEC material issued to the COMSEC Account.
• Conduct semiannual security audits and coordinated periodic inspections of units that use and operate US Government provided COMSEC material and equipment.
• Serve as liaison between the US/FMS COMSEC account, Coalition COMSEC accounts, and US Government organizations, agencies, and COMSEC accounts.
