The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) via GRSP seeks a Road Policing Capacity Building Trainer to design and deliver training workshops, on-the-ground coaching and capacity building. The role focuses on enforcing drink driving, helmet use, restraints, and speed management, with travel to international locations as needed.

The consultant should have six+ years in road policing, with experience in leading capacity-building workshops and building partnerships

Formación

• Required: Advanced training in road policing excellence.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in political science, public health, social sciences or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Familiarize with local contexts to inform capacity-building programmes.
• Design and deliver road policing training programs and workshops.
• Coaching and mentoring of road police through on-site observation and follow-up discussions.
• Provide written feedback and guidance to road policing agencies.
• Liaise with government and non-government organisations to engage in road policing activities.
• Stay up-to-date on global developments affecting road policing.
• Collaborate with GRSP partners and stakeholders to maximise programme impact.
