Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks a Primary COMSEC Manager/Alternate COMSEC Manager to oversee the U.S./FMS COMSEC account and related material.

The role requires experience abroad, formal COMSEC training, and NSA course completion, with responsibilities including accounting, safeguarding, and reporting all COMSEC material. The candidate will provide training to host-nation personnel, maintain meticulous records, and ensure compliance with NSA/CSSPM 3-16 and NSTISSI 4000 series.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience working abroad as a COMSEC Manager.
• Must complete formal COMSEC training from an appropriate service prior to assignment.
• Must complete NSA COMSEC course to manage the COMSEC Account.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the U.S./FMS COMSEC account, including receipt, custody, issue/distribution, safeguarding, accounting and destruction of COMSEC material and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date records and submit required accounting reports; ensure compliance with NSA/CSSPM 3-16 and NSTISSI 4000 series.
• Protect COMSEC material and limit access to cleared personnel; conduct inventories and annual audits; liaison between COMSEC accounts and relevant agencies.
• Perform destruction and disposition of COMSEC material as directed; ensure proper reporting and documentation; oversee access control and user accountability.
• Provide training to Host Nation hand receipt/COMSEC officers on operations and procedures.
• Load mode IFF, conduct OTAT, and manage key loading with SKL and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, conduct semi-annual security audits and inspections.
