Job summary

Pariveda is expanding its Bogotá office and seeking an experienced Technical Manager to design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications for a growing Solutions Center in Bogotá. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including US-based colleagues, and interact directly with clients to drive delivery across SDLC and multiple technologies.

You will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and guide project planning, estimation, and risk management while leveraging Azure,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience and leadership
• Background in management/technical consulting
• Proven project management across planning, estimation, execution
• Experience architecting technical solutions for complex problems
• Experience across all SDLC phases and Agile practices
• Current project leadership of technical teams
• Ability to coach and mentor others and build client relationships
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, CS, Math, Engineering or comparable
• Fluency in English for US-based collaboration
• Authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across varied technologies
• Oversee small teams and manage relationships with multiple clients
• Diagnose complex technical/business problems and implement creative solutions
• Manage SDLC activities: estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, risk management
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including US-based colleagues and clients
• Mentor junior colleagues and support career development
