EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, automate, and operate infrastructure across on-prem data centers and GCP environments.

You will lead automation, IaC migrations (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible) and own scalable systems while mentoring engineers globally. The role requires hands-on Linux, networking, and production ownership, with experience in Google Cloud Platform and AWS, plus strong English communication skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure or systems engineering with direct production ownership.
• Experience with remote management of physical hardware in hosting facilities.
• Strong Linux systems administration at scale (Red Hat/Debian).
• Hands-on networking including Cisco hardware, DNS, load balancing, and traffic management.
• Proven automation of infrastructure using Ansible, Puppet, or similar tools; Python-based tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design and operate large-scale, multi data center infrastructure across on-prem and cloud (GCP/AWS).
• Lead automation of deployment and configuration management using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet.
• Design and maintain traffic management, load balancing, and DNS systems at scale.
• Build and operate monitoring/observability stacks across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Develop tooling and write documentation to support distributed, auditable systems administration; mentor engineers.
