EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Network Engineer focused on AWS to help online services teams build, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure used by millions of players daily.

You will work with industry-leading tools to enhance developer experience and ensure safe, reliable operations at massive scale. You will design and implement scalable architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve stability, security, and efficiency across cloud and on‑prem

Formación

• Minimum five years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• Experience leading and overseeing development teams for at least one year.
• Strong experience configuring and managing Palo Alto platforms, including security policy administration.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain infrastructure stability and performance across services used company-wide.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify and fix reliability threats.
• Map out infrastructure improvements and capacity expansion plans.
• Define guidelines and methods for routine technical tasks.
• Mentor team members handling network responsibilities.
• Create documentation to promote knowledge sharing between teams.
• Assist in optimizing processes and reducing operational complexity.
