adidas in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior Specialist Trader to drive in-season trading and allocation across Retail and Franchise channels. You will translate commercial plans into actionable stock actions, monitor sell-through, and optimize margins through markdowns and price adjustments.

You will maintain trading dashboards, analyze product performance by size and channel, and support cross-functional trading meetings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or Supply Chain.
• 2 years of experience in Retail Trading or Planning, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or consumer goods.
• Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute store allocation and replenishment plans to ensure stock availability across stores and channels.
• Monitor daily and weekly sell-out performance and adjust actions to optimize performance.
• Support markdowns and price implementation across channels, ensuring alignment with strategy and accuracy.
• Maintain trading dashboards and consolidate data to provide actionable insights for the Manager Trader.
• Provide analytical support for trading decisions by analyzing product and size performance.
• Prepare performance summaries for in-season meetings and follow-ups.
• Contribute to post-season analysis and learnings to improve future buy and allocation strategies.
