adidas in Bogotá is looking for a Manager Trader to lead trading strategy, manage Open-To-Buy execution, and optimize inventory across Retail, Franchise, and Ecom. You will balance strategic planning with operational control to hit financial targets and satisfy consumer expectations.

The role requires strong analytics, experience in multi-channel retail, and collaboration with Buying, Demand Planning, and Omnichannel teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Retail, Trading or Buying or Merchandising, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG industries.
• Experience in in-season trading, merchandising, or category management within a multi-channel Retail environment.
• Experience with Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and allocation/replenishment systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute in-season trading strategy aligned with targets, brand priorities, and inventory productivity.
• Oversee store allocation and replenishment fill-rate strategies based on performance.
• Analyze sell-out, inventory, and consumer trends to optimize trading performance and stock-to-sales ratios.
• Oversee markdown and pricing strategy across channels.
• Coordinate DC-to-store and store-to-store inventory flow to minimize stockouts and enable omnichannel flexibility.
• Lead governance and performance review meetings with cross-functional partners.
