Kent is seeking an HRBP to support ongoing projects in Bogotá, bringing a strong background in talent acquisition and HR policy expertise. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, job profiling, and compliance within the hydrocarbon sector.

You will partner with leaders, drive HR process improvements, deliver training, and ensure a productive, compliant environment while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion across the organization.

Qualifications

• Professional in Psychology, Business Administration or related careers.
• Specialization in Human Talent Management.
• 8+ years experience in Human Talent; 2 years in Oil & Gas preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment and selection processes and attract candidates.
• Ensure 100% staffing for projects based on requests and profiles.
• Onboard new employees to the Oracle HR platform.
• Create and update job profiles for projects and base personnel.
• Ensure compliance with hydrocarbon sector regulations for vacancies.
• Prepare weekly or monthly HR reports and audits.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and train managers and staff.
