Camunda is seeking a Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer to design and operate the AI-powered infrastructure that connects our go-to-market systems. You will own the AI layer, integrating agents, MCP servers, and pipelines across Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships and ADR teams.
You will ship production-grade LLM capabilities with guardrails, and collaborate with GTM stakeholders to translate needs into reliable, well-governed solutions, while mentoring teammates in responsible AI
Formación
- 5+ years in software engineering or automation, with AI in production experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js/TypeScript; strong code reviews and testing.
- Hands-on with LLMs, prompts, RAG, function calling and evaluation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce and other business systems via APIs.
- Knowledge of GCP services and secure cloud architectures.
Responsabilidades
- Design and operate AI agents and automations across GTM stack.
- Own GTM Systems AI layer architecture and pipelines.
- Ship production-grade LLM capabilities with governance and cost control.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders on automation priorities.
- Mentor teammates and drive secure, observable AI-enabled tools.
