BairesDev is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the integration, deployment, and evaluation of large language models for production-grade AI solutions. You will merge software engineering practices with generative AI methodologies to ensure robust, secure, and high-performing applications.

The role emphasizes scalable pipelines, rigorous evaluation, API-first backend delivery, and collaboration with data and infrastructure teams.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Generative AI, or a related field.
Proven expertise in LLM integration, evaluation, and generative AI solutions.
Strong proficiency in advanced Python development, API development, or automation.
Solid hands-on experience with SQL, data handling, testing, and code quality.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Design and implement scalable pipelines for integrating large language models into enterprise software systems.
Develop and execute robust evaluation frameworks to measure and optimize model performance.
Build clean, high-performance APIs and backend services using advanced development standards.
Establish comprehensive testing protocols and code quality metrics to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with data and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data handling and integration across workflows.
