BairesDev is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI, creating golden paths and reusable blueprints that let teams build, deploy, and manage AI-powered services securely and efficiently.

With a product mindset over traditional SRE, you'll develop a self-service platform, standardize LLM access, and empower non-technical users through a low-code Gemini/Claude front-end while collaborating with a global Top 1% talent

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software or platform engineering.
• Strong product mindset with focus on developer enablement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build an Internal Developer Platform focused on generative AI enablement.
• Create golden paths and reusable blueprints for teams to build and deploy AI-powered services.
• Develop self-service platform capabilities that abstract AI infrastructure complexity.
• Standardize LLM access, monitoring, and governance across the organization.
• Build skills for a low-code Gemini/Claude front-end to enable non-technical users to provision infrastructure.
• Manage infrastructure as code and platform capabilities with a product mindset.
