EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineering Lead to build the next generation of AI products and platforms. The role focuses on designing enterprise GenAI applications, integrating LLMs, and shaping observability and governance across regional teams.
You will mentor engineers, promote AI-driven engineering practices, and collaborate with cloud, data, and architecture teams to accelerate AI maturity in EPAM LATAM.
Formación
- 5+ years in software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, and microservices.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
- Skills in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI systems, and prompt engineering.
- Background in RAG architectures and agentic AI.
- Familiarity with vector databases and model orchestration.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks and AI observability.
- Skills in OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, and MCP Servers.
- Flexibility to use Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to mentor and influence others, ownership mentality, and passion for continuous learning.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement enterprise GenAI applications
- Develop AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, and intelligent workflows
- Integrate LLMs into enterprise ecosystems
- Build secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions
- Drive architecture decisions and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and cloud teams
- Implement observability, evaluation, testing, and governance frameworks
- Optimize latency, cost, reliability, and quality
- Work with: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP Servers, Vector Databases, Python ecosystems, Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Act as an AI Champion within EPAM LATAM
- Mentor engineers and technical communities
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices
- Share knowledge through workshops and enablement programs
- Help accelerate AI maturity across the region
