Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the Enterprise AI portfolio, coordinating with global teams and stakeholders. You will lead the design and delivery of AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows across platforms, while defining strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.

The role requires 5+ years in technology delivery, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with frontier AI models and cloud AI services. Excellent communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology delivery with hands-on leadership of multi-team programs.
• Direct, hands-on background building generative AI solutions and agentic systems.
• Strong ability to plan, track, and present portfolio status to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise AI portfolio including scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Design, build, and productionize AI agents and workflows across platforms.
• Evaluate model choices, tools, and architectures balancing feasibility and cost.
• Lead portfolio planning discussions and report on capacity, risks, and dependencies.
